Parking contracts are limited to parking rights provided by your lease agreement. For changes to your parking account, you may contact the Property Manager.

Daily Parking. Sandy Spring Bank has a few spaces in the garage reserved for visitors. From time to time, a limited number of daily parking spaces may be available at 7550 Wisconsin; additionally, there are a number of garages in the immediate area that do accept daily parkers.

The parking garage is operated by Atlantic Services Group. Parking attendants are present Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The garage is secured after-hours and monthly parkers will need a garage clicker to gain access.

Monthly Parking (Non-Reserved). A monthly contract entitles you to park in the garage, on a daily basis, 24 hours a day.

Monthly Parking (Reserved). A monthly reserved contract entitles you to park in an assigned space every day, 24 hours a day.
